Troubleshooting Light Statuses

When the Phone Box is properly connected, the LED on the front appears solid blue. If the LED does not display solid blue 2-3 minutes after being connected to power, contact GFiber customer support. Although we don't expect you to troubleshoot your own Phone Box, the following LED states might help customer support diagnose your issue.

  • Solid red: Powering up or hardware failure
  • Fast blinking red: Connection failure
  • Solid blue: Successful connection
  • Blinking blue: Connecting to network
